If only I could figure out the exact name of those connectors (like Sumitomo series XYZ)...I bought them because they looked the same as the ones on my Kawasaki KLX300 2024, and they were, so I got lucky and was able to do a customized splitter from license plate to feed an ignition-switched Quad-Lok wireless phone charger. These connectors are not sealed, this is why on the photo of the splitter I did have a male and female from the kit, and the 3rd connector is a sealed Sumitomo MT090 waterproof connector.

If you are like me I can't stand when I add a new component and the wires the manufacturer gives are too long and lose just hanging all over the place. These plugs all you to shorten those wires and put them into a loom keeping to projects neet and tidy. Cleaning up your projects and making it easy to connect and reconnect as needed. These plugs are super easy to create, make sure you measure 5 times before you perminatly cut to length needed. Crimping the ends on can be tricky and the only tip I can give is to use a small pair of players(like a small extra long needle nose plyers ) used for hobby work. These will allow you to push each side of the terminals in place one at a time. This will make sure you get a good position of the terminal on the wire befor you use a pair of crimper to get that final perminatr hold on the wire. When crimping the ends make sure you are aware of how the crimped ens is making sure you do not flatten the crimped end too much because it will not fit into the plug. I recommend using a circular crimper because it will tighten the ends so your wires will pull out with out smoshing the the end too much. You always want to preform a tug test before you push the ends into the plug. This will insure you have a tight connection befor you insert and it will not come off when inserted. Now one last tip if you get finished and put the ends into the plug and for some reason you find your self needing to remove the pin, because you have them in the wrong position, or you can't get the plug in through a hole, or you pulled a wire out of the terminal, you need to make sure you have a key for the safe and easy remove as to not damage the plug. This can be accomplished several ways. The first is to purchase a set of pin removal keys, here are hundred of them on Amazon just make sure you get one in a set that will work for these plugs. The second way is to find a small jewelers flat head screwdriver, test it on a blank end making sure it will fit into the keyway to unlock the clip on the end of the terminal. You may also loom at an unused terminal to get formiloure with what needs to take place and dry run on how push in the lock so you do not get frustrated (IT HAPPENS ALOT). The third way is to make your owne, by reprising a old or broken screwdriver, pick, or scrap, working it down to the size you need You may find all of the parts above on Amazon it just may take some searching.I hope this helps you make your decision easier...

I have ordered the $60 version of this online before, and honestly cannot tell the difference between it and this $20 set. I would definitely recommend it if you need new connectors for your old Japanese car/motorcycle. Pay the money for a good tool to install these, but save a lot of money on the connecters and get these.

These are not as sturdy as the regular automotive or motorcycle connectors, the plastic is thinner, and the connector blades are thinner as well. They will work for some things well enough, but I would get sturdier ones next time.

I used this to wire up a keyless entry system for my car and this kit was fantastic! This was my first time tackling a wiring project and making a wiring harness and this kit make me feel pro.Super easy to use and pin, and offered so many different options for what I wanted to do. The plastic feels sturdy and snaps and unsnaps with confidence, I'm not worried about those at all.The only downfall of this kit is the metal pins. They work and will hold a solid connections, but you must be very delicate with them, as they will bend and snap easy if you put too much pressure when crimping them. They're just very thin and fine metal. They worked for what I was doing, but I am cautious in how I handle them.Overall this is a great kit, and I would definitely recommend buying it if you've got a fun wiring project you wanna tackle but don't wanna break the bank doing it

I don't really know how much to write about these. They're basic Yazaki-style connectors, and they work great! No, they're not top quality. But if you were looking for that, then you wouldn't be trying to buy 45 connector kits for less than 20 bucks. The wire-gripping section of the open barrel crimped terminals is not toothed or knurled, but there are stamped-in bumps. Maybe that's enough? Nonetheless, with decent crimp tools, I got sturdy connections with 0.01V drop on my motorcycle's charging system. Thumbs up!

A lifetime's supply of pretty good connectors. I am a quality control guy and these connectors represent a very good value. They are not perfect, positive connectors, but as long as someone's life doesn't depend on them, they're just fine. I would only use them indoors and not for high current applications.
