I’m 5’11”, about 185 lbs. I wear 33” pants, a 40R jacket and usually a M shirt. This fit really well, great color and seemed to be made well. I like the leg pockets. I really liked everything about this suit, except for the padding. Padding felt way too big (wide) for me so ended up returning it.

Having not previously paid much more than $100 for my Tri Suits, I was hesitant but really liked the look so went for it. This suit is very well made, is comfortable, looks good, and fits great. For those looking for sizing suggestions: I am 5’-8”, 170lbs., and am wearing a size MEDIUM. As an added bonus, the compression and support it provides helps with relieving back pain and makes for a successful ride.So pleased I also purchased the sleeveless version in M.

Let me start off by saying, I'm in the best shape of my life. And this makes me feel incredible. Perfect for swimming, etc! Just look at that fit!

Used this product to complete my first triathlon, and I had no problems. Fit great, dried quick, padding and pockets for chews were very useful. Recommend to anyone on the fence

Fits great under a wetsuit. Won’t tear or damage wetsuit. Easy in transition and pockets enough for run supply. Color stands out for your cheer squad. Great all around trisuit. Washed over 10 times and still in great shape.

I am 5'10" and 185 lbs.I initially purchased a Large and returned it for the X-Large, which is more suitable for my weight.I recently completed my first triathlon sprint in this suit on 6/4/22.This suit fits very well and is quite comfortable and breathable. In the water, the suit allowed for great range of motion and felt hydrodynamic enough. I'm new to swimming and not experienced enough to feel a real difference. While cycling, the suit dried quickly and provided decent comfort on the saddle. Running is when I do my heaviest sweating and the suit kept me cool and dryer than I've been in any other running attire. Throughout the race, the grips kept my sleeves and shorts in place.Overall, I am pleased with this purchase and will be considering Synergy for more products and I develop in the world of triathlon. In fact I am looking at one of their wetsuits for a race in September.

Product true to size. I am 6'.0" - 190lbs, average build. I purchased a Large, this fits great. The thigh gripper strip keeps it from riding up. The padding is not as wide as other suits or pants I own, but it is sufficient for me. I would highly recommend this!

I use the suit for bicycle riding. I have not tried it in the water. Suit fits perfectly as a 2XL I usually wear a XL being 6', 200 lbs. but followed the size chart and got a great product. No binding in the crotch or arm pits. Everything looks and feels great. I bought the USA red white and blue one as well, but it a bit flashy I feel a bit like Captain America wearing it. So I wear the black one most of the time.
