Your cart is empty.Our System F1 fixed hinge access door comprises a welded aluminum frame, concealed touch latches and a 1/2" (12.7 mm) drywall inlay. After installation and finishing, a small reveal of 1/16" (1.59 mm) is visible between the outer frame and the access door. Any access door over 12″ (305mm) has a safety-system to prevent accidental openings. This safety system must reset after each use. The rough opening of the hole is the door size + 3/8" (9mm).

I needed to have an access panel opening for my bathtub. I have a pocket door that closes in between the bathtub and the adjacent outer wall. This was the perfect solution as its only 1/2 in thick which allowed the pocket door to move freely without any obstruction from the panel door when opened/closed.

solid construction, good hinges, locks. highly recommend this product. only bad thing about it is cost. way too expensive but worth every penny
