The spring tension is heavier than expected, which allows for a tighter close and easier pickup in my opinion. The build quality is nice, doesn't feel cheap. I do wish the handle was a bit longer, but overall great product.

Seems pretty sturdy and works great I ordered this one and a similar one from a different brand. This one is slightly larger but still on the small end which is perfect for me because I got these so my 7 and 5 year old can pick up dog poop. They love it and think it’s so fun. I can see a tall adult having to really bend over to use this. If you see my picture you can see even my 7 year old has to lean over to use it.

Love this pooper scooper. I don't have to bend over and does an awesome job of picking up my Frenchie's droppings. Can also pick up multiple piles before unloading. Very happy with purchase.Note: My pupper is a 25 lb Frenchie with smaller droppings than a large dog, so not sure that multiple pick ups possible for Great Danes, German Shepherds, Mastiffs, etc.

Don’t really see the point of folding it but works perfect. Not too hard to squeeze and easy to use. Great price as well.

The spring is tight which is what you need to easily pick up after your dog. I can't speak to the foldable function as I don't use that feature.

This is one of the best purchases I've ever made. I just put a grocery bag over it to keep it clean and it picks up super easy. Now my doggies always have a clean yard.

Works great. We've got 2 100lb dogs with large-diameter poo holes and they leave enormous trip hazards all over the back yard. This thing is big enough to get even the largest in a single scoop. The spring action is nice and tight, the serrated edge is good for separating poop from grass. I have absolutely no idea why i would ever want to fold it, though folding is an option if you want to store it. But why would you want to store it? It's a dog poop scoop. Those things should stay outside!
