So nice to have a pump that floats! My previous pump suction-cupped to the bottom of my little fountain and kept coming loose so the water would stop and I'd be sticking my arm down in there. For ease of use, I would give it 10/10! Pick a tip from the selections provided, pop it on, insert the four straws at each quarter round and set it in the water. Within about 10 seconds, it was going. The straws seem to be for keeping it sorta centered (since this floats) by gently bumping around the sides of the fountain and keep it stabilized. I also love that it doesn't run at night like my previous pump unless I went outside every night to unplug it then back out in the morning. This is a winner!

Great little solar fountain, worked right out of the box, comes with multiple fountain heads all have different spay patterns.

It worked right away and the instructions were easy. I can’t change the colors of the lights, so either I can’t figure it out ( user error) or they don’t have a way to change the colors.I’ve had this for two days and as long as you have this in FULL SUN it works. The light color that comes on at night does eventually get dimmer as the night goes on. The colors are quite soothing and pretty , but the lights aren’t very bright at all.I’ll be using this everyday, and I’ll see how it holds up after some time. If it stops working or if there are any other issues, I will be sure to update my review.

I own several similar solar fountains. Some of them have been working for years. They just keep going as long as you attend to their water and cleaning needs.This solar fountain is an excellent choice. I found it to be high quality with all the features I am looking for at a cost only a little more than a basic unit.I really like the low water sensor that shuts off the pump so it won’t sustain damage from running dry. I enjoy the night time operation with its pretty colored light display. I like that it is super easy to deploy in any sunny location…just place it in a bowl of water. It is sure to add beauty to your outdoor oasis.

The SZMP Solar Water Fountain is unique compared to any others I have had in the past. The simple fact that the motor stops if the water level is too low is such a great feature. We have had problems in the past with motors that burnt out because it was a windy day, and the water blew out of the fountain. Then we were having to continually check on the water level to prevent it from happening again. With the SZMP we can now relax and simply enjoy the show! With 7 different nozzles and many assorted colors to choose from there are endless possibilities. I love it!

I love these little fountains.I ordered one, exactly like this, last spring and it's still going strong even after I forgot to bring it in last fall. It was out in the rain, ice and snow all winter. It even sat in the dry birdbath for days on end.I thought it was a goner after it was covered with 8 inches of snow for a week. But, when the snow melted, that little fountain started right back up and still lights up every night.I ordered this fountain for another birdbath and it seems identical to my previous fountain.It charges easily in the sun. Sprays all day and puts on a colorful display of changing lights at night.I love that they stop if the water runs dry.You won't be disappointed with these fountains. They are well made and tough enough to take my neglect.And, they don't break the bank when you want a water feature.I would definitely recommend this fountain. It would also make a great gift for mom or grandma.I hope this was helpful.
