It looks stock and fits into the truck well. But the stock sockets don't fit easily into the taillight slotted holes. The taillight assembly comes with its own sockets, but the stock connectors are hard to deal with. I used the old sockets with the connectors still attached.

Side by side I cannot tell the difference. The plastic might be a little thinner but visually its the same as the OEM Toyota light. Impressive value for both tail lights.
