Does not come with hardware to attach to tailgate. Says uses existing hardware but uses the screws already in tailgate but needs washers of correct size to attach it.Holes in the liner for the screws are larger than the head of the screws.Has washers made for attaching it for exact truck on website for $.02 but not included with tailgate liner and when contacted seller their response was use existing hardware. Use the hardware not included for $.02 ? Not the best response. Other liners come with needed hardware for basic installation

Very easy to install with factory hardware and no drilling required. Rugged plastic to protect the tailgate.
