My old ones finally wore out after 7 years. I love the two sided bag, one smooth to slide, one sticky to stay in place. Just can’t beat these.

These bags were nice but not very durable. Purchased 11/20/20 as a gift and the seams have let loose on most of the bags after only a short time of use. Says they will be replaced within one year for seam failure but how do I contact customer service to have them replaced?

*** update - my bags were replaced with no cost within a week. Excellent customer service and will advise if new bags hold up.***Quality materials and seemingly great bags, but stitching qualify was very poor and came undone/loose on 6 of the 8 bags. If they sealed/tied final stitched or double stitched they would be great for the $$. I have messaged the seller and waiting for a response and will update as I go to see how they correct the issue. This is my second set of bag and the first ones last about 8 months and I had to keep sewing them. These bags didn't even last a month or so of use (about 3-4 days of use over that month).

So far have been a good bag, especially the two sides. Fully recommended for those that don’t want to spend the extra money on a pro bag. Only thing that I should of thought about is the same colour suede side.

I have been watching for an affordable set of two sided bags for awhile and finally found these and ordered them! I am very pleased with the quality right out of the box, they feel and look good. These are perfect, there is limited color choices but definitely enough to show your personality. We love playing with these bags, gives a new element to a game we played for years with duck matl on both sides. I have also, since receiving the bags looked at the tailgating pros on amazon, and think I may try a few of their other products. we are all about drunken lawn games !!

Got these bags and the moment I saw them loved them. Far better than the last set. But after 3 days one ended up splitting on the duct cavans side not near a seam.meh thifs happen. So I contacted the seller told them what happened and sent pics to verify. Only asked for the one bag since thats all that was bad. And as promised they sent the replacement and everything is straight. I would definitely do business with them again and would recomend anyone else too. Company stands up for the product and were awesome with the issue that arose

Great bags when we first received them. After 4 months of sporadic play, this bag developed a seam rip. The other grey bags look frayed and ready to split. The 4 blue bags still look great and holding up well Let's see how the warranty goes. I'll update with the results***UPDATE*** 12/4/2019 No response from customer service. Would like to get this replaced under warranty.***UPDATE*** 1/*17/2020 Reached out to Amazon and I'm told the seller will contact me soon--crossing my fingers.***UPDATE*** 1/31/2020 Seller contacted me by email and offered replacement bags. It's now been over 10 days and I haven't received anything.I hope nothing goes wrong with your bags if you purchase them from this seller. Customer service is horrible

The bag are so Awesome! We had a problem with a hole in one bag and another bag not sewn all the way. I emailed them and sent them a picture and they got me the bags with in a couple of days!! Thank you for the great customer service. The bags are well worth the money and we play every Saturday in the summer so they get well used!!
