It’s okay. You get what you pay for. I however didn’t trust the seal and took it out and ordered proper dk-Lok fittings. These seemed to bind when tightened. Dk-Lok fittings way better and only 20% more. Save yourselves and contact dk-lok Canada in Edmonton they’ll hook ya up

Terrible quality machining—all four connections were different lengths and not a single one square to the other. Sharp edges and threads. Even worse, while it was some sort of compression fitting that did work with 1/4” OD copper, it didn’t match anything I had ever seen before, nor could find in the machinery’s handbook or McMaster. The threads weren’t metric, SAE, straight or tapered pipe, or standard compression. So nothing else I had fit them and my hope of using braided hose with compression-compatible fittings was in vain. I made it work temporarily but will be returning it asap once I find a real compression 4-way from some other source.Stay far, far away from this.

This valve leaks when connecting to water lines it is complete garbage what a useless junk item, and yes I know how to connect it and compression fittings properly, long shipping time for a pitiful result I don’t even want to waste my time returning it

Looks good. As others mentioned its non US/Standard threads. Hard to install, I had to use teflon tape on both ends and tighten the life out of it to prevent leaks at the valve but it doesnt fully shut off so I have developed a slow leak. I use this as a water line valve.I wouldnt buy it again as my line is mostly closed but it could be acceptable for a system thats mostly open.

It's hard to overstate what a save this fitting gave me- I was just about to give up on plumbing our businesses' new coffee brewer; who knew that a 3/8 compression valve fitting wouldn't fit into a 3/8 "NPT" connection. The simplest things are sometimes hardest to find. I needed an elbow with 3/8 compression one one end, 3/8 pipe fitting (NPT) on the othe and finally this result came back to me in my search. Thank you!

These parts are well machined and of good quality, but delivery time is rather long for parts that are in stock. I usually have to wait more than two weeks to get them. Prices also vary wildly so keep checking from time to time.
