I have gotten into the hobby of rebuilding or refurbishing 90's mountain bikes for me and my kids to take casual rides on the local rail trails. They are simple to work on, stable, and are suited for many different riding styles and occasional riders. I think of them as the swiss army knife of bikes. They don't excel in any one area and have been surpassed with fancier and more specialized models, but 90's mountain bikes are still cool to me.This kit has most of the pieces and parts I need to rebuild at least one bike. Sometimes I use the cables along with the shields and sometimes I use them bare. I can also cut the shields to different lengths to replace the partial shields that came original on the bikes.

For $10, it is amazing what I got for this. Three sets of different cable types, 2 cable housing types, and lots of cable end types.This will help with my sticky cable on my road bike.
