You really cannot beat this stand with counter weight. It’s beefy and super stable. Clearly able to stand up to abuse by power drummers. This was the perfect solution to my 20” medium thickness ride cymbal. Buy with confidence.

It's hard to find boom stands with counter weights, they are useless without. Fair price for nice hardware. I bought two, and I'll be buying at least four more.

Solid, beefy, high quality hardware--and versatile with the multi adjustments and counter weight. This beast will stand up to a pounding. When TAMA's branding claims: "The strongest name in drums"--they are not kidding around. I've been playing them for over thirty years and they've maintained their quality at reasonable prices which is really saying something.
