I use the backpack a lot. Lens filters are OK (one is a fluorescent filter I'm not sure what to do with).

With this lens I was able to test a large range of photo types. From wide angle landscapes to narrow portraits. It gave me the flexibility for everything. The single downside that I found was that at 200mm the focus took a little bit longer. But that may have been to my aging camera. (Sony a7 ii). But in all it is a great full frame option for sony cameras if you want to only carry around 1 lens.

The lens, beautiful, cant go wrong with that. Smells brande new, no scratches, works perfectly. The add ons are great as well, a case for the cleaning kit is a great idea. The monopod is a 72" thats huge. The bag is small but well thought of, very practical. The only reason I gave it a 4 stars, is because of the scratches on the monopod (def not new) and the sd card is the blue series, not the gold one, so thats a lil downgrade. But, the whoke package is worth it.It will be ship via FedEx, with no signature required. (At least for me)

Today I received the Tamron 28-200 lens I ordered. Impressed by the "Beach Camera, it was delivered fast, came with a bundle of good quality accessories. It was nicely and secure packed, fits well on my Sony a7II and so far I am very happy with it.An update will follow.Update:I love, love this lens! !t works excellent, sharp, fast AF, great for Macro and Zoom. The reason I purchased it is that I did not want to carry 2 lenses around and I loved the wide range of focus. But, I found out that I need a stronger zoom for skydive photography. So I had to send it back.Unfortunately Tamron does not have a 100-400mm lens fitting my Sony mirrorless.I fell in love with Tamron because it is lighter than others, therefore easy to hold still for small hands without a tri- or monopod.Highly recommended for quality, weight and price!

The size is fantastic. The zoom ring is amazingly tactile. The zoom range is the most useful of any "everyday" all uses lens. (OK- 300 would be nicer, but the consequences may diminish speed and size, I get it)So far, it has been very sharp, and the camera I use has been able to make quality images at indoor sports, even at 5.6 (200mm)It is the lens I use when I carry only one camera/lens.The only down side of the lens so far has been that the lens hood is a very loose fitment and I would probably lose it of I used it.Now the rest of the accessories provided by the vendor were also pretty good. The real problem was the FedEx delivery --They have taken to dropping packages 10 feet from the road, at the top of my 800 foot paved driveway, totally out of view of my house that is over the hill. There was no option available for me to have the item shipped via another carrier, nor have it held at a safe location.Henceforth I will not be purchasing anything of value that doesn't give me the option.

I bought this lens after researched many different options from Sony, Sigma products, as the replacement of the kit lens of my Sony camera, this lens offers the best value of performance vs cost, it is relatively light weight for travel and outdoor activities, it produces high quality and sharp images with easy, the only con that I dont like is the distance measurement in manual focus mode, the distance meters displayed is not very accurate especially when the subject is more than 70 meter away

it seems to be the perfect lens for traveling about with... 28 is wide enough most most city photos,,, and 200 is good for the zoom in... put one lens on and i think i'm off for the day of shooting
