Required a lot of rewiring and adding a new breaker. Only partially heats at the kitchen sink in my camper. The flow rate is so slow that it won’t even reach the bathroom sink and shower. All and all, it’s pretty much useless but required too many modifications in order to even attempt to get it to work so it’s nonrefundable. Buyer beware!

We received the new tankless water heater, heated it, and installed it. This was a replacement for one installed approximately 6 months ago. Worked perfectly the first time. Purged the system of all air and turned on power. Had hot water with no issues. Set the temperature at our desired level and tested. Been in for 3 days, and we immediately noticed the difference. The old one had flow issues. Had to reduce the flow so much that it was almost a trickle. This one, on the other hand, worked as expected immediately. I washed dishes and found the water was so hot we had to use cold water so my wife could rinse. We have no regrets other than wishing we had ordered this one to start. I would not hesitate to buy this one again.

I am so happy with my new under the counter hot water heater that was installed in my kitchen. I fully expect to see my water bill come down as I had to waste so much water just waiting for it to get hot at my sink. The unit only takes up a small amount of space in a cabinet and is so worth the cost to get hot water in just a few seconds. Thank you for a wonderful product!

Tankless Electric Water Heater for $399.99 with a $40. Coupon = $359.99This comes well protected in the box and has markings of C ETL US certification and has a 2 year warranty.The unit is pretty plan but feels well built. Has rubber feet at the bottom and two hooks for hanging on the wall.Comes with some good written and picture instructions and even though I'm a DIYer , I don't like doing anything electrical so had an electrician come in to install this water heater. It didn't take very long and seemed like a decently easy install.I've been using a rented tank water heater for a long time and the price for the renting was getting to be a lot and so many times after my kids would use the shower I'd have no hot water.This unit seems to be working very well and have no complaints so far. With the saving of the rental costs and electricity it should even pay for itself in no time.It also gives me a bit more space in the basement!

I was very hesitant to get this because it requires a lot less voltage than I'm used to. However, this has been the most balanced temperature tankless I have owned thus far. It doesn't go hot and cold. It doesn't burn out. It doesn't stop working in the middle of a shower where you have to go reset your circuit breaker to get it to kick back in again. It has nice even water flow and it's just an all-around great value for the money. I live in the Northeast so time will tell with the winter time but I don't foresee any issues in the future. We use it for an entire house without any issues. Although we don't tend to run several hot water things at once, so it works for us.

I tried this out without permanently installing it and was impressed with the results. The flow rate is good, though probably ideal for a one person household. I fortunately had some 6AWG cable laying around to test with; one should factor in the cost of cabling if your intended spot for installation is far away from your circuit breaker. I'm still on the fence about whether or not I'm going to get this permanently installed; if I do, I will probably retain my old water heater and leave it in the system turned off with this device feeding it. Overall, this is a great product for smaller homes or cottages.

I installed the Thermomate electric tankless water heater in my cottage, and it easily powers both the kitchen sink and bathroom. The hot water comes on instantly, and the energy-saving feature is a nice touch for keeping costs down. Its compact size fits perfectly in the small space, and the installation was straightforward. So far, I haven't had any issues with leaks or maintenance, which has been great.
