My experience with this seller on Amazon has been the rude,, arrogant, and childish. They should be ashamed of themselves with the way they talk/type to customers. Here’s a copy of a reply to my inquiry “” Hello, I contacted the shipping company and found out that your order was delivered to your mailbox on March 3. Please check your mailbox, relatives and neighbors again. If you still have not received your order, you can file a missing persons report with the state police and reply to this message.”” I don’t suggest anyone buying from them. As for the purchase of the bag-it’s cheaply made/not worth the money. Looks cheap/cheesy.

I really love the versatility of it and how I can chooses to wear it as a business casual purse/tote or choose to change it up and wear it as a back pack. The design and quality is really great for the price point, would definitely recommend.

Purchased for when I have to travel to the office. It is very durable, stores a lot and easy to carry. The shoulder strap is cheap ribbon like fabric so I carry with the handles. For the money it is a nice looking work bag.

Perfect bag for a larger laptop. Have a ton of space and able to put everything I need in it. Plus it has the charging port. Cute details can be worn as a backpack or shoulder strap.

I like this bag! Its stylish and for a good price. Has a lot of pockets and room. The material is durable as well. However I do not like the straps/location of the anchors for them, and I cannot wear it well as a backpack. The straps are very thin. But, good for the price.

Ok, I bought this to fit my flute, piccolo, 12-inch iPad, and water bottle. I wanted something cute and fashion forward, and something I could use 3-way. It's definitely very appealing. However, it's SUPER heavy as a backpack with everything I need in there. It does stand up by itself because it has little metal brads on the bottom, and the flute case always goes back in the bag when I'm playing....so it holds the bag up. Sooo many compartments! I love that about it. What I don't love is the straps for the backpack. I already bought a wider strap for the over the shoulder option....but going to have to look for one that fits for backpack option...cuz it hurts to carry with those thin straps. Something comfortable and wide, but flexible to fit through the teeny 3rd buckle (to make it a backpack). Might be tricky.The heavy weight of the bag itself doesn't help the strap issie either. I would say it's definitely sturdy, like a heavier piece of luggage...but it's almost too heavy. I was using an Ellen Tracy backpack before this, and I was shocked how much lighter it was compared to this.I WAS pleasantly surprised that my flute fit in there PERFECTLY, therefore very excited I found a 3 in 1 convertible bag.The handbag handles are super stiff and sturdy, but the straps it came with for over the shoulder and backpack options, are just not comfortable. Not when carrying heavy things.Overall, I'll keep the bag. I just need to find some wider straps for the backpack. I just wish it was lighter weight too. The search for the perfect flute bag continues!

I bought this as my work bag. The size, build quality, style, and zipper quality are all top tier. I also like that there are 3 different ways to carry it. That alone makes it worth the money.I always get compliments when I wear it as a backpack.

I'm a lawyer who carries binders to depos/trial, and I don't always want to carry my trial bag. This one is a great size that will fit 1 - 4" or 5" binder or several 1" to 2" binders. It expands so well, and the strap is strong enough to hold the weight. Great storage space on inside and out. Very classy looking too and has stayed looking new despite using it consistently. Would highly recommend.
