I had one of these before and the wire came loose right at the probe-attachment area. Since I like the idea of being able to see meat temp without opening the door and being able to set a temp- alarm as well as a timed-alarm, I'm giving the product 3-stars.Had issues with the seller (Sold by: Okay, Alright!) originally but in the end they were fabulous people who ultimately did the right thing.Will most definitely use the again.
