This is definitely a "will fit" not a "does fit" item!! First had to turn down the end of front spacer .025 to make it fit in fender hole. Had to shorten that same end .030 as when affixed is too wide to accommodate the attachment bar. The aluminum spacer washers sent also had to be turned down the same .025 to fit. The inside flange of the rear plastic bushing has to be turned down as well. If you're fitting the stock leather bags there is even more hoops to jump through. The hardware sent is worthless as you will have to purchase longer bolts to accommodate the bags and spacers. Also had to make and add spacer of .180 to the outside of the front attachment spacer to make room for clearance between bag and bar. The U bushings in the front attachment of bar have to be flipped to fit the bar on spacers. I owned and ran a motorcycle shop for thirty years and many times accessories have to be "adjusted" to fit. This unit may be beyond the capability of most people install. On the positive side the bar and pad finish is great.
