Plating can be tested by salt spray 96 hours neutral, copper layer 35um. Nickel 18um chromium 0.25un, plating grade 8 above.

Packaged well wrap in durable foam. Easy to install remember long bolts go on left side horn mount. Color matches instructions would have been nice

Guard went on super easy. Just take out the 4 bolts and take your radiator shield off. Install 6 bolts. No instructions. Use the two long ones for the left side of bike. Shorter ones on the right and the smallest on top. I added washers to all bolts as well. I got these with the peg legs for highway. One of them keep turning on me and I had it cranked tight. One I had zero issues so idk. You can see the rub mark on the bar. Took me an hour to realize I could swivel the foot part towards me with loosening a bolt on the inside. 10/10 recommend the engine guard. Maybe, get highway pegs from Harley. Lol

It took only 70 minutes to have them install. Paint is faded in certain spots but overall matches the bike paint. Since no instruction included I used one of each screws size on each side when would make more sense the two long on left side and the short ones on the right because of the way engine mounts are set but it still worked.

These are well made and easy to install. Perfect fit for my street rod. Provide an excellent place to attach highway pegs. They protect your mirrors if you accidentally drop the bikeand machine it much easier to lift it back up.

Took about 2hrs to assemble after having to re-align the bolts a few times. No instructions included but pretty basic and visually explanatory assembly process. The guard finish matches my bike well. Ive only been riding for about 2 months so I look forward to my rides with a bit more comfort and engine protection.
