The quick detach latches are supposed to be on the outside of the brackets, not on the inside, but switching them around is pretty easy. I have an old tour pack that I believe is from the mid 80's, the tubular bracket didn't match the bottom of my tour pack at all but I made it work with some new brackets.

Attempted to install on the bike and couldn't get it around the quick detach rails. Checked it with a set of calipers and found both flanges were well over 90°.

The bracket is broke already the strews backed out which caused the side bracket to come out

It was a task to put on. There are no clear directions, just a pamphlet that shows all the screws and parts that come with it, nothing to say this goes here. It took a while.

Hardware, nylok nuts very cheap quality. No installation instructions were included, there are two metal flat bar pieces-not sure where they go. Also, hole alignment is very poor, need to drill to resolve alignment issue.
