When the heater element failed in my hot tub, it caused a dead short and blew up the main heater contactor relay. Since a new board is several hundred dollars and I've done a few circuit board repairs in the past I figured 20 bucks was well worth an attempt at trying to repair it myself. Well, it took about 25 minutes to pull the board out, replace the relay, repair the fried traces near the relay and then reinstall the board. I'm thrilled beyond belief to say that it now works perfectly! This relay was an exact match to the OEM one that burned up.
