TechSpec’s, Motorcycle Tank Grips were developed to improve body, bike control and increase riders comfort. Installed the pad on the bike and it started to peel on the corner, so I pressed it harder on that specific spot but it wouldn't adhere and I lifted the corner to see and it started to peel off and left a hug mess on the motorcycle and I had to hire a person to take off the glue! I will never purchase that brand again. The thickness is more then 1/8" and heavy, if you like heavy thick pad it for you and it is very durable at the least.

They work wonderful and add exceptional grip to the tank. The only problem I have is on a hot day, the adhesive becomes soft and they shift, leaving an exposed line of adhesive. The center one pops up on the tank crease. The only.ones that haven't moved are the ones installed on the plastic.
