I am trying to find a string that plays like gut for less money. These are good, soft, easy on the elbow, but lose tension quickly and are almost too soft.

Switched over to RPM (17g/52#) in the Mains and NRG2 (16g/56#) in the crosses and could not be happier. Tons of control, great power and spin, and very "soft". Best of all, the NRG2 seems to be holding up better than the X-One Biphase that I had been using, where I was maybe getting 5 hrs. before breaking. So far, I'm at 6 hrs with no real fraying and absolutely no elbow pain.
