Fits fine, I like that you just plug it in, no cutting cables etc. It was a bit of a challenge to fish it through on the passenger side.

Tekonsha kit 118712 does not fit 2017 Chrysler Pacifica Touring model. Connectors look very similar but do not fit. Also, instructions are printed in very dark black and white, rendering the pictures in them useless.

The instructions were easy to follow and when I had to fish for the wires to connect to the lights I used a spring loaded pick up tool. The shaft of the tool was stiff enough to feed easily down through the inside of the vehicle body and the grasping fingers on the end held the wires securely while working the assembly up to hook up with the light plugs. The most difficult part was the feeding and connection of the main 12v feed to the battery, the bottom of the 2020 Chrysler Pacifica is totally enclosed with stiff felt panels for sound deadening held in place by MANY fasteners. The unit works great as designed.

Great price compared to competitors, plenty of how to you tube videos, you can use the 12v supplied cable as the fishing wire for the T-Connectors routing.

Can't complain about the product itself. Works just as described. The feeding of the wire harness and the bulk of the product was the hard part. This is not the fault of the product but the engineering of the van. There is no room for a fishing wire without it getting caught on something else. I was able to have enough room on the driver side tail light to get all the hardware fixed and ready to go. The passenger side I got fed up cut the green wire and and heat shrink It all back together sealed tight. I almost didn't have enough wire to make it up to the battery terminal but I had just enough to finagle the wire in place. The directions printed out for the product was cheap and had barely enough toner to make out the diagram. Once it was all wired in place it worked as expected. Only complaint would be to have another 12 inches to wire to the battery and the wiring from the driver side tail light to the junction. Box could be 12 inches longer so you can have more area to place the junction box exactly where I would want it.

I have wired all my vehicles that did not come equipped with a trailer harness. This was by far the most challenging because I expected it to be an easy fit. The wire modules that connect to the turn signals are too bulky and would not fit inside the tight space behind the corner panel. I tried several ways to "fish" it through but ultimately I cut the two wires for the driver side to get them to the left tail light connection. These wires (yellow and brown) were to short for this method so I lengthened them by 2 feet. This allowed me to mount the module under the vehicle properly. The green wire that goes to the right tail light was long enough but also impossible to feed the connectors through the body to the tail light. I cut this wire to easily feed it through to the tail light then spliced it back together. I used high quality connectors and protected them with a good electrical tape. The connectors are high quality and everything works as expected.

I bought this harness a year ago for a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid. After the worst experience fishing wires ever (have done this on 3 other cars with limited complaints), I hooked it up and none of the lights worked. I chalked it up to some unknown difference in the hybrid's wiring (doesn't technically support towing) and just gave up. After reading on forums that this exact harness actually DID work for the hybrid, I decided to give it another try. This time I did the electrical connections first and even bought a little 4-pin tester to make sure it did indeed work for my car. Lo and behold, everything worked! So I went through the awful fishing procedure again to fully install it. Terminated all connections appropriately, and... nothing. Not a single light works. I'm assuming there is some problem with the control unit and presumably was induced by the install. Given that it is a sealed unit and all the exterior connections look fine, this should NEVER happen. What a joke.

The product works and is simple enough to connect to the vehicle, on the Pacifica you don’t need to drill for the ground. There are two spots where loosen a bolt and it fits fine. The worst part of this project is getting the plugs up through the bumper between the frame and bumper. I used a old serpentine belt cut in half to fish down from the top. Then I used the supplied black wire, taped to the belt and pulled it up. Next I tapped the plug to the black wire and fouled the plug through. I had to use a 2 foot screw driver to slide the plug inward to get it past a ledge. This was done on both sides. Getting the battery wire to the battery wasn’t hard. Remove screws holding wheel well liners on drivers side. Run wire up and over zip tie to holes in frame along the way. Run through rocker panel, over front wheel well into engine compartment.Took me three hours in 21 degree temps. Would have been faster but I had to figure out the serpentine belt trick on my own.
