I was wrong, I thought the rotors weren't in the package but they are. Everything came as described. Very happy!

I put them on my trek marlin 7 they seem better made than the old shamino brakes

This is my first set of hydraulic brakes, so overlook the comments if you have more experience. These were super easy to install with a few hand tools. The cables were close enough to the right length that I wouldn't consider the trouble of resizing. They feel so good! Why did I ever wait to upgrade my brakes???

The package arrived on time, and was very easy to install. After setting the gap, the bike was ready for a ride.

I saw these compared and were rated better than Shimano 8100 XT’s. They were easy to install, and very adjustable!Brakes are very quiet, no rubbing, vibration, between calipers and pads. For the money, very impressive! These replace v-brakes on a Rocky Mountain Vapor in preparation for an e-bike build.

"For the money" really isn't appropriate, due to the overall performance of these. But, for the money, you get a very solid set of brakes. They have a very similar feel to higher priced brakes from the "S" brand and are also mineral oil based, so bleeds are easy and safe. I put these on a modern geo trail hardtail and have had zero issues in the mountains of Colorado running these brakes.

Easy to install and the braking power is noticeably better than the cable disc brakes that came with my bike.

Its overall a VERY good brake system designed well and looks good only problem is... is that it doesnt brake all that well, it is good compared to some brakes though... but id rather spend more on brakes just for my life sake..

I am very happy to say that these are a very good product. Not only are they easy to install, they are solidly made. The levers are very sturdy. The calipers are quite large and solid too which I found impressive at the price point. The discs are good aswell but are nothing special. But its simplicity that makes them good. Makes for a complete set. Mine are installed on my 2013 GT Timberline 1.0 so If anyone is looking to do a conversion on A GT entry level hartail this is certainly a very very good option. I ride Trails, not true down hill. I will do some Enduro style up and down trails but they are not super steep. These breaks are more then enough for that. I would not recommend these breaks for a gravity or downhill trail bike, you would want something a little more powerful. But if your just getting into the sport, looking to upgrade an older trail bike or just needing more breaking power for a communter bike this is what you want.

I’ve had Terkel brakes from stock bike before and they are perfect for beginner MTB riders. I bought them for my day to day bike and they are a lot better than the clarks clout 1 easier to bleed and a lot more power with the extended brake leaver handle, defenately worth a try. Great value for money and perform superbly.
