Fits well. Doesn’t quiet the sound, more changes the tone of the sound making it a bit less high pitched. So far we like the sound with the dampener in. You do have to blow a bit harder than without it so that will take some getting used to. Purely from an aesthetic perspective, it would’ve been nice if it came in a brass colour rather than silver to make it a bit less noticeable
