Button Function Overview
1.Channel 1/2 Output Connector；Allows connection of electrode wires to the respective output channels.
2.USB Port: For recharging the device via a USB cable.
3.LCD Screen：Displays operational details, including mode, intensity level, timer, and battery status.
4.On/Off Switch Long Press: Powers the device on or off.
5.Time Adjustment Button Function: Short Press: Adjusts the session timer.
6.Channel 1 Intensity Adjustment Buttons Function: Increase or decrease the intensity level for Channel 1.
7.Channel 2 Intensity Adjustment Buttons Function: Increase or decrease the intensity level for Channel 2.
8.Mode Selector Button Function:Short Press: Switches between TENS, EMS, and Massage modes.
9.Program Selector Button Function:Short Press: Selects specific programs within the active mode.
10.Pause/Start Button Function: Short Press: Pauses or resumes the current session. Long Press: Activates lock control to prevent unintended adjustments.

I like the different modes and intensity levels available on the machine. I have notice a difference in pain relief the past few days after using the machine. I primarily use it for my legs in massage mode. The positioning of the pads are important and I recommend you follow the placement locations recommended in the instructions. The battery life is better than I expected. You get 2 different pad sizes, storage pouch and device has a 2 channel function. Good value for the money spent.

I struggle with lower back pain.. hoping this does this product can provide relief over rthe course of time. It has great power and straight forward to use. It sticks well and the sizing seem great

Works well. Easy to use. Lots of different levels and types of stimulation. I only wish the instructions had more information about exactly how each type works and when they should be used. You can feel the differences, like some stay at the same level and others vary the intensity, but I don’t know which is appropriate when. But for actual functionality it does the job well.

I own, and have sued a couple of different TENS units. I was taught how to use them by my chiropractor so I feel more comfortable using.I like the settings, and I find it can get about as powerful as you want it to be. I only use at the lower settings and it provides good relief.I've struggled getting two independent channels to work. The same settings are applied to each channel. I was under the impression they could be set independently.

This tens machine replaces one that broke so I’ve used it before. I like that there are large pads. This was one of the things the drew me to this machine. This has a massage , TENS, & EMS. Charge for 2 hrs & it gives you a very long time to use. This also has really good intensity levels. Simple to use & provides the great relief my aching muscles. The pads are reusable & sticky even after multiple uses.
