We have found that you are able to control the pressure much easier when there is no handle involved. Tucked inside each package of JBK Cookie Stamps, you will find a Cookie Recipe. Tips: Cookie stamps work best if you use less or no baking soda/powder as this will give your cookie less rise and retaining more crispness of your fun design. Try dipping in flour for a better release. Works great for shortbread cookies as well.
