I purchased this at Christmas time just in case my daughter got accepted to Penn State. Well, she did & wants to save it to take to school.We didn’t realize until today that it arrived with a damaged lid & now it’s past the point of return.

I am extremely satisfied with my Tervis Penn State mug. It looks better in person than what is represented in the picture. The only reason I am giving four stars is that a straw is not included. The mug is durable and has not cracked after being dropped from about four feet. It shipped and arrived on time.
