Not as satisfied as I could be. The flag isn’t quite as pictured. It looks cheap in person and instead of the band being black it is white. It’s a pretty good price otherwise I would have to rate it lower.

Good quality felt, heavier material. My only complaint is the picture implies a lighter blue color but the reality of the pennant is an extremely saturated royal blue. It’s not bad just not what I was expecting.
