Bottom line, it's flimsy and lacks solid quality, but makes a perfect test-run sample to see how the birds interact with it. The plastic body is thin and deforms easily when tightened against the cage using the supplied minimal hardware. The lid needs to be secured with type if you decide to place the feeder inside the cage to prevent the birds from flipping the lid open, else no tape is required . If you can get this product for a reasonable price, then buy to try. I bought it just to experiment and it works perfectly. However, I don't believe it will last longer than 1 year.

This would not slide onto our type of cage so I had to put it in the cage. My parakeets ended up knocking the bottom off and all of their seed went everywhere. Lid doesn't fit easily and the clips for the bottom container don't latch in. There are several places where the plastic edges weren't cut away and stick out our get in the way.

I bought two of this item for my love birds to prevent messiness. They did not fit in the cage as measurements indicated I did some adjustments to place them. My birds could not reach out to their food well they ended making a big mess all over. Not a good choice.

this product falls apart sometimes when filling and emptying seed catcher. That leaves you with all your seed on the floor.

تاخر التوصيل شهر كامل عند الاستلام كانت قاعدة الماكل غير ثابته وتم لصقها عن طريق اذابة البلاستيك عليها كانت مفتوله لم تقبل ان تركب بشكل صحيح
