These all natural stones can be used for rock tumbling, wire wrapping, lapidary, cabbing, decoration, fountain stones, decorative potting rocks, jewelry making, metaphysical, knapping or rock collecting. Obsidian is nature's volcanic (igneous) glass! In ancient times it had many uses including knives and arrowheads. Snowflake Obsidian is treasured because of it’s sphere like “snowflakes' embedded in the obsidian. The white "snowflakes" are thought to have formed when small amounts of water in the lava form bubbles and metamorphasize into cristobalite, a form of quartz. These stones are beautiful and unique raw or worked to a fine state.

Omg. These are going to look amazing after being tumbled and polished. I am very excited to get started. Fast shipping great price and they look really cool right out of the box dry. Will definitely buy again when I want more. TYVM! 95% of order is perfect size for tumbling. 2 rocks could be cut in half to tumble and make jewelry with.
