A great way to start my day. I used to make my own but this is much easier & cheaper. (Cardamom seeds are pricey!) bit smells & tastes delicious. Caffeine makes me too jumpy & anxious. This gives me the energy boost without the shakes or caffeine high.

I have had a cup of their loose leaf chai tea almost daily for 20 years. One thing I have noticed is the taste of the loose leaf is much richer and spicer which I prefer, however I always bring the bags on my travels and simply use 2 bags for extra richness and spice

I think the flavor of this tea is smooth and somewhat mild. I like it by itself or with a dash of cinnamon and unsweetened vanilla almond milk as a treat. I prefer the energy boost I get from this every day over other caffeinated drinks because this doesn't make me shaky or uncomfortable and it doesn't upset my overactive stomach at all. If I do need some extra "kick" in the afternoon, I'll toss in a vanilla or chocolate chai black tea bag with this. That combo wakes me up and also calms my sweet tooth without having to actually eat any sugar (major bonus in my book!).

I love this tea! Tastes great and I haven't experienced any side effects like caffeine. I don't use sugar with it and love it.
