The Dark Side deck features Darth Vader’s lightsaber, the Death Star, and the Empire’s fleet of starships. “You don't know the power of the dark side! ” On the front of the dark side box, look through the window of the Imperial Throne Room, with symbols of the Galactic Empire and First Order on each corner. Both edition decks feature the same set of 12 court cards, representing each side. On the dark side, Palpatine is depicted alongside Kylo Ren, Darth Vader, and more. On the King of Spades, Darth Vader is depicted holding his lightsaber while taking command of his Imperial subordinates. “I find your lack of faith disturbing. ” Across the gunmetal grey back design, it's all about the details - from the Death Star to the First Order, Sith, and Empire insignia. In the center, a repeating pattern of TIE fighters supports Darth Vader's lightsaber on either side. Great value for the money and quality. Better than I thought. Function just like cards are supposed to. Very fun to play with something different and so pretty. It’s still had readability even with the different than normal design. My dad loved it!

I picked these up on Prime Day to add to my collection of unique cards for magic tricks and wasn't disappointed. The back of the cards are sharp, and the faces contain a lot of the heroes in the movies. However, these would be too hard to read to use in a game of poker. Great for magic tricks, not so good for playing cards with your buddies...

The cards themselves seem pretty well made, not too flimsy or easy to tear.However, considering that only 4 out of the 12 characters within the pack have ever been on the Dark Side at some point in the Star Wars universe, I find it strange that each pack sold is marketed as *Light Side* or *Dark Side* on here.Each pack also seemingly contains the exact same cards (the same characters) in each pack with the only difference being the different coloured backing and the packaging they all originally come in. Numbers 2 through to 10 could belong to any other card pack and are nothing special or even Star Wars related beyond the backs of them sharing the same design that the box that they came in did.The picture I attached features only the ones that are explicitly Star Wars themed. I left the 10’s in so you could see the design that the 2’s through to 9’s also share without having to lay them out also. I don't personally see the point in buying any other packs since they all contain the same characters anyway.

The artwork is really nice and it made a great small gift. My only criticism is that the stock is on the thin side. It is really nicely textured and with the added design and handsome packaging, the thin stock seemed surprising and a bit of a letdown. These are a little less than premium cards because of it - but overall a fun deck of cards.
