It does not remove the smell and the toilet tank swells from pressure. when you open the valve the whole smell goes into the camper.The seller made a refund

I have used Happy Campers and Unique brand tank cleaners, but decided on a whim to give these a try. Overall they seem to work well, but the scent….ugh I couldn’t stand it, reminded me of a porta potty. The Unique and Happy Campers are both unscented, and I will stick with those from now on. The fact that these are an easy to use pod is great though.

This is my favorite product for my rv toilet, but it is very hard to find in stores now. I think the manufacturer has changed to another product, but I don't know how effective it is. I tried another brand and was very disappointed.

I use this in an RV and it's fantastic. Made by the same well-known brand that makes RV toilets, campground toilets, and all sorts of things camping related. It comes in a thick plastic zip bag which makes it easier to store in an RV than a rectangular box.It breaks down the solids effectively and quite fast actually. Certainly would recommend this instead of buying and always fiddling with a macerator.The smell could be a little better but I'm not complaining too much, since it certainly masks the bad odors and I don't expect roses and sunshine anyway.
