The pouch is a bit narrow, but cups enough to hold “them” in. Super comfortable. 5’8” 168 lbs. Bought a Medium.

The model in the picture must be very small. I'm 6'1" 180 lbs. 32" waist. It says to get medium size for a 32"-34" waist. I ordered the large because of the reviews saying they run small. The large was still very tight and NO room in front at all, doesn't come close to covering the whole package to the inside of your legs. I hope the extra large has more room in front, the waist SHOULD be good going up two sizes. Good quality, just way too small.

I have been a regular purchaser of a number of Joe synder men's underwear . Thier minimal design is a winner for our hot/ humid clinate in the tropics . For this rio thongs - the fabric is more smooth ( compared to earlier versions )& this also gives good support & moulds package in a natural , relaxed posture . Very comfortable & suitable for overlay of tight garments ( like my gym shorts or n2n gym tights).

I'm a fan of JS underwear. I have been wearing them daily for the past 5 years. The fit and quality is excellent, I usually wear the capri but decided to try the rio. Minimal coverage but great fit and very comfortable. I'm going to get a few more pair and would recommend them to anyone who is brave enough to wear them.

Take this sizing up by one, unless you like your guys being really secure. Was expecting minimum coverage, which is great, but the pouch can afford to be a little more generous. Waist band and back piece both fit well. Cool colour selection.
