My new oven broke twice in the first year. I have been waiting 8 weeks now for the repair. I would not recommend.

I bought this range thinking it was of good quality. It is not. I've owned it for almost 2 years and have had a technician out to my house 5 times.The front burner (right) has burnt out 3 timesThe left front burner 1The oven 2 times .Everytime they send a technician who then has to order parts and then they come back weeks later. Meanwhile I've had to buy a side range.1 time they send my husband the ovem thermostat and told him to install it.It is a piece of junk straight from China (per technician) and per me as the customer who spent thousands on a range that barely works at any given time.So frustrating 😫 customer service is just waiting for my warranty to be up to send me to heck!What will I do when it gives up after the warranty.Save your money and literally buy any other brand.

We are very pleased with this professional range. It arrived quickly and expertly packed. It is super-heavy, so we needed help getting it into the house, but now that it's in our kitchen, it's just wow! The 36" size is perfect for big families and people who love to cook. You could literally cook two Thanksgiving turkeys at the same time in this enormous oven! It took a little while to figure out how to work the oven- it's a little confusing to turn on and off, but now that we've used it a couple times, it all makes sense. This beautiful range is the centerpiece and showpiece of our kitchen, and I really do feel like a pro when I use it.
