When the Following Situations Occur, You Need to Replace Your Gear Pulley Sensor Kit
- There is poor meshing between the starter and the gear. If more than three teeth in a row are damaged or severely worn, it will be difficult for the starter gear and ring gear teeth to mesh.
- Sticky cylinder. When the engine temperature is too high, the engine stalls and the heat is difficult to dissipate. The piston rings at high temperatures adhere to the cylinder and cannot be started after cooling.
- The crankshaft is locked. Due to a failure in the lubrication system or a lack of engine oil, the sliding bearing causes dry friction, which eventually locks the crankshaft and prevents it from starting.T
- The fuel injection pump plunger is stuck.

All other parts are good, I just had to use my original one since the tabs and alignment notch were in different locations and didn’t match.
