I got it for a 94 civic tanny and it was to loose on the center.

Crap, wrong diameter for the shift shaft on mid-late 90's Hondas. Doesn't fit, so don't buy it.

Timken 221607 Transmission Shifter Seal may not fit your 1991 Honda Civic Sedan DX. Seal is incorrectly sized. Try a Frewdenburg-Nok W0133-1634604-NOK Manual Transmission Shift Rod Seal which worked for us.
