Against my better judgement I listened to reviewers who said order 2 sizes larger than needed. Instead of a jacket that fits well, I have a sequined blanket now. Other than it being large enough to fit two of me in it, the jacket itself is cool.

Fun jacket! Made well, fits a little snug (40R, I'm 6'0" and 170lbs). The red sequins did bleed onto my white shirt, so be careful there (it did wash out). The sequins are also abrasive on the hands and neck, so definitely need a collared shirt.

I ordered this jacket as a surprise for my husband as we were going to a formal Christmas party. The quality was not bad for the price, in fact it was pretty I ordered a size 46, he has been wearing this size for as long as I remember. Size 46 arrived (or so it said on the tag) I removed one tag and the other one was detached in the package. Well the jacket did not fit, I had my son who wears a size 44 try it on and guess what, it was snug on him. I was very disappointed as was my husband. I will attempt to return it but do not know if it will be accepted by the seller as the tags have been removed. Wish me luck

These jackets are actually amazing, and we were impressed with the quality. My husband loved his, and his friend even showed up in the same one, so we loved the green too. BUT, they run SO small. He’s 6’5 in the red and wears a 44 in all coats. We ordered a 46 and 48 after reading reviews, and the 48 actually fit perfectly. Just order two sizes up and you’ll love this and get compliments all night!

I repeated the quote from another review that I read here "festive but classy" several times at the Christmas party that this was worn to. It is absolutely accurate.46 was the needed size, so we ordered a 48. The fit was okay, but should have gone to a 50 for actual fit.

Jacket is beautifully made and looks more expensive than it is. It has a nice weight to it, really anything I’ve ordered from Tipsy Elves is worth the price for the quality. I ordered a 40 bc the person I bought it for is usually a size Medium. But I also went with a 38 just in case and the 38 fit him best. The 40 was slightly too broad in the shoulders (and he’s very broad shouldered) but too big in the chest and stomach. If your person runs slightly on the smaller side of a medium or has shorter arms and torso you can probably go with the 38. He could still fit a Christmas sweater under it. It looks great, I’m really happy with it.
