How to check Tires ?
Tire tread depth less than 0.8mm would need to be immediately improved and be re-inspected within one month. Motorcycle registration and license would be subject to suspension if the tire tread depth re-inspection is overdue or failure to pass this re-inspection.
When Should Change it?
Please have your tire replaced when tread depth has reached the tread wear replacement indicator. It is not to use the tire which is more than 6 years from the manufactured date.
Causes of Tire Blowouts ?
Over or under inflated the tires, no sufficient tire tread depth and tire life been extended too long are the likely causes of the flat tire.

tire caught a flat within 1 week my stock tires lasted 8 months before getting a flat and i ride a lot on weekends. never buying these tires again absolutely worthless

Boyfriend has a 2019 Bintelli Beast 50cc and recently needed a replacement tire for the first time. I chose this tire because of the relatively inexpensive price, shipping speed and the tread pattern. I really liked the tread pattern. It arrived early. He said he likes the way it looks, tread pattern is very cool. Looks awesome on the bike. Has more "bite", more traction. Hugs the road. Hes going to buy a 2nd one. That is all.
