Amazing product! Definitely holds up my heavy bag without problem! I had to secure the bar near where the hook is because of it's length but either way its good!

This mount is a scam.Title Boxing indicates the support/cross bars on the mount are 10 inches apart. The picture and ad are of an earlier design. The cross bars are actually now 8 inches apart (see photo), presumably to save costs/steel. As a result, the mount can't support the advertised 150 lbs bag. I have a 130 lbs bag hooked to mine. Note the picture of my level with the bubble many degrees off. That's because the mount arm is bending severely under the load. I noticed the measurement discrepancy and complained to Title. They promised it was an innocent mistake and that the mount could still support the weight so I went ahead and installed it. When the bottom of the bag hit the floor (see pic 3 with the cat) I thought it was because I'd measured wrong, but I quickly discovered it's because the mount is bending under the load, as the level shows. Now I'm back to square one and have to find a mount that can actually do the job. I see another reviewer had the same problem and secured the mount to the ceiling to reinforce it, but that's not an option in my condo because of HOA regs and the concrete ceilings...which is why I bought this particular mount in the first place.UPDATE: May 2021. Shortly after posting this review, I ordered a shorter swivel/spring set and experimented a bit and finally managed to sufficiently compensate for the bend in the arm to get the bottom of the bag off the floor. I'd already built a rig to connect this mount to concrete beam in my condo, so it was just easier to try and figure out a way to make this work rather than starting over with a new mount. I used it for a few months and it was acceptable. But then this month I removed the bag to carefully inspect the connection points. See the last photo. There are three metal-on-metal contact points: the swivel to the bag's rings, the swivel to the spring, and the spring to the Title mount hook. None of them show substantial wear except the Title hook (see last pic). Obviously, I don't dare use the mount anymore with more than 50% of the metal worn away after just a few months. I sent the pic to Title and they have ignored me. Now I'm down to using rope and safety straps and a turn buckle to rig this to make sure the bag and metal doesn't fall on me when the hook gives, which it obviously will in short order. I can hazard a guess that Title's manufacturer overseas sent them a batch of mounts that was shorter than spec'd using improperly hardened steel. They knew it, but decided to pawn it off on consumers instead of eating the loss.Anyway, you really don't want to buy this product. And I will never buy something from Title again.

I have the heavy bag wall mount holder holding up my 100lb bag and its shaky at best!! Anything from light to heavy hits I can see the bar bend and that's with the bag in contact with the floor. I'm thinking this was a bad investment but I will update it in a month with light to moderate use. I hope it doesnt pull out the stud from the wall.
