Title says it all. Had a small issue with my order, but their customer service is amazing so it was a non-issue. Definitely reccommend giving them a try! And if something goes wrong, you know they've got your back too!

This is a nice size and look for bathroom tools usually kept hidden. I don’t really like the amount of plastic on the holder, but the stainless steel handles are very sturdy and look nice. i especially like the replaceable heads. The whole setup just seems classier when you juxtapose the banality of cleaning a toilet😂

Nice to look at but plunger is brutal to use

first you pull it out of the box and say oh wow this is super thin plastic and stainless, feels light and flimsy. maybe it's alright, at least it looks kinda nice. Then you say oh wait a second, this plunger is quite a bit smaller than a standard plunger, it's like a mini plunger. I wonder if it has enough volume to clear a toilet clog effectively? Oh well, maybe it will work. Then you try it out, stick it in the toilet and push down and it gets stuck down, won't spring back up, and it's not even big enough to make a seal around the bottom of the toilet bowl. So you get screwed 4 times. First on the price, then on the quality, then on the size, then on the function. I bought 4 sets, opened 1 and immediately sending all 4 back.

We needed a new plunger and it was smarter to buy this set. It looks so nice and is easy to use.

They look nice and are handy but the plunger is weak and sometimes ineffective

The scrub brush is wonderful, but the plunger sucks. I would give this product 0 stars if I could. It barely fits over the siphon jet, and takes a lot of effort to pop back into shape, not allowing for full plunging motion.I would not say it's flexible at all. The durability is good, and the brushed steel keeps it rust resistant, but it doesn't do the one thing a plunger is made to do.I wish I never bought this product.

I really like this set. The plunger is smaller than the regular ones but it does the job well. Very happy with this product

It functions without issue. However, it has so much plastic, there does not seem to be much reason for the stainless steel covering.

I purchased one of these a year ago on Amazon and it didn’t last. Esthetically pleasing but the base broke apart within 6 months, the tops of the handles broke off, and the plunger rubber gets stuck and doesn’t always push down the blockage. The product is cheap and not worth the money spent.

I have 2 previous versions of this set from Polder (hopefully I spelled that correctly). They lasted me for over 10 years. Now this newer version doesn't seem as sturdy, but I'm hoping it lasts another 10 years. You don't need to use a lot of pressure to use either the brush or the plunger. My old plunger was awesome and I should mention I still have one of the old sets. It just needed a new plunger because it went missing. (I know, how does a plunger just go missing?) So, it's over 15 years old. The other plunger broke, but I think they were using more pressure than what's needed. Just place it in the toilet over the hole and press down once or twice. It clears the clog out no problem.

I always make sure my terlits can be cleaned by any person who is using them, without any embarrassment, so I make sure every terllit has a "kit".If you should drop a overly wide load , you don't want to find tools, you just want to finish it, so you can go on about your existence. This smaller (for US) kit , fits easily alongside the terlit , and is just enough (size) to complete the job.it looks like a lite brushed chrome, or stainless color real metal there , and the black plastic.the tools slot in from the back, and the back is Openthere is s sufficient "tray" that will keep even lots of any water dripping off the tools, from getting on the floor, and the water can easily evaporate , which is good.in conclusion, a bit small, so check size before assuming. Will do the job for all your guests 1s and 2s , and can fix 3s when they happen :-)
