THANKS FOR THE PRE DAMAGED JACK. THE HANDLE WAS DENTED WHERE IT INSERTS INTO THE JACK. THE AREA AROUND THAT INSERT POINT WAS SCRATCHED/CHIPPED, THE ALIGNMENT FOR THE HEX SRCEW TO RELEASE AND TIGHTEN FOR HYDRAULIC FLUID, AND THE SCREW FOR THE TWO PIECE HANDLE WAS COMPLETELY MISSING. IT TOOK ME OVER AN HOUR TO FILE THE HANDLE SO I COULD BE ABLE TO INSERT AND HAVE IT MOVE FREELY TO RELEASE UP/DOWN

I was searching for a gift for my husband and knew that he loves to work on cars, so finding a really durable and well-made jack was a goal of mine. After doing some research and comparing different types of jacks, I found this one made by the TONDA store. Based on the visuals and product details, this appeared to be similar to the one he has. I decided to go on ahead and order this car jack. Now that I have this home and have given this to my husband, tested this and inspected the performance throughout the usage- I can attest that this is a superior car jack. The materials are clearly of good grade- substantial and very strong. Below, I'd like to outline some of the features that led me to choose this car jack over the others I had initially considered.*Special features worth mentioning:-Low profile - 4 Ton Hydraulic Floor Jack with Dual pump system-Rapid lift-variety: offered in either blue or orange-fit: Universal fit-max lifting height: 20.67 inches-which types of vehicles will this work with: ATV, SUV, RV, CAR and more-large casters 360-degree swivelAll in all, I find that the engineer of this floor jack did an outstanding job. My husband used this to do an oil change, and this made the process so much simpler, and I will say definitely safer than the others he has used. Therefore, based on a very good experience, I would recommend this to other consumers. At no time did I find any damage, defects that would otherwise lessen the overall value of said floor jack. Unlike another reviewer, my jack did not come damaged; however, some of the packaging was a little beat up but my jack was perfectly fine. It didn’t come with instructions but it’s very straightforward…stick the handle in, make sure it connects to the chuck for raising and lowering, and tighten the screw that holds it in. It came with a nice rubber insert for the lifting platform. I work on my own cars and although I have a friend with a lift I like to do minor stuff in my driveway. Ironically my son had a flat tire on his truck shortly after I received this jack. We had it ready to go out of the box in minutes and it was a million times better than my old smaller jack. This is going to be one of my favorite items I’ve received lately and will get a ton of use. I’m looking forward to taking it with me to the track this summer with my Mustang also!

This is a really good jack! I have an old jack, not nearly as nice; not nearly as low profile, but ok for tire rotation. But now that I have two such jacks, tire rotation is so much easier and so much faster. Really, less than half the time, now that I have two jacks. Everything about this jack says: quality. It rolls around on the floor smoothly, the handle movement results in predictable, smooth lift, and it is very rugged and heavy. Well built. I expect many years of reliable use from this quality jack!

There is a lot to like about this jack. I got the blue one.Dual pistons for a quick lift.Solidly built and snooth rolling casters.The padding on the handle is a nice touch as is the rubber pad on the contact pad of the jack.Yes, at 95lbs ... it's heavy.Fit, finish and construction are all done well. Zero complaints or issues.I have a lot of similar jacks and this is right up there with the best of them.Good deal for a 4 ton jack. Easy to recommend.
