Hot water worked, cold water or mini fridge wouldn't work. Luckily with Amazon's assist and due to the high volume of same item being returned for same reason, seller has to refund shipping and paid for return shipping label. Havnt recieved return yet, still waiting.

When I recieved the dispenser the bottom refrigerator did not work. When i tried reaching out the manufacturer via email I never got a response back. I had the option to return the item but it was too difficult for me to carry it in my car so I'm stuck with an item that doesn't fully work.
