The pads hold up great in the wash and insert easily in bras or whatever else you would insert them. They are nice and padded and suuuuper comfortable! I haven't had them long so I'm not sure how much life they have in them but I would definitely order again if and when I need new ones. I absolutely recommend these!

I'm not sure what the big stars are about. These are simply bra inserts to cover unlined sports bras. There's no padding as described. It certainly doesn't lift anything or add volume. Cups are maybe 1/16". Pure junk.

I wear a 44 C bra (US). I ordered C/D and feel there isn't enough coverage. Quality of cups is just fine.

I purchased this item to use in bathing suits! I get SOOO many compliments from my friends. I love the lift & support it provides since most swim suits don’t offer much.I’m gunna buy another set so I can keep them in vs swapping in & out. It’s not hard I’m just lazy. They wash & dry well.

These work as expected for some bras I have that did not come with cup inserts. I had to trim one of them because it was slightly big for my bra, but it still works fine.

Habe mir die Cups gekauft,weil sich bei meinen eigentlichen Einlegecups sich nach dem waschen die Stoffbeschichtung ablöste. Diese hier sind genäht und hab sie bereits dem Waschtest unterzogen und sie haben bestanden. Allerding finde ich wie viele Vorgänger es auch schreiben, dass sie größer sein könnten. Somit sind sie für eine gößere Brust in meinen Augen nicht geeignet. Ich hab Cupgröße B und für mich hätten sie ruhig so ca.2cm größer sein können. Vorteil: sind super soft und weich und die Nippel sind nicht sichtbar.

I got these to replace the padding in a few bralettes and sports bras and they’re great. They fit well in a variety of bras and don’t lose their shape or get a dented/folded look like the crappy pads that come standard. They do add a little padding, but I like that. I have washed them tons of times and they still hold up well.

I cannot give these five stars yet because I have not used them in the water. I replaced the flimsy inserts in my new bikini top and my favorite bikini top with these inserts and I love how they look and feel! They are smooth and give a little push up and look great! I am so pleased so far. I will be going away in a month so I'll get to try them out at the beach and will update my review. Fingers crossed they remain my new favorite "summer must have". I am a 34B, small-medium in bikini tops and they fit perfectly
