I’ve used this in a torrential downpour and I can say it is definitely waterproof! It is a little small for me, though. It fits my iPhone SE 2020 with a case and pop socket, but wasn’t quite long enough to fit my husbands 7 without loosing some of its roll. I would probably get the next size up next time. (I think I got the smallest size).

Like some others have said the build quality is top notch but the medium is way to small. My regular size wallet struggles to get in this thing and my wallet and car keys won’t fit together witch was the purpose of my buying. Really disappointed. Unfortunately it’s going back just to small.

Bought the medium size and it's pretty much perfect especially since it puts an end to having to dry out my saddle bag and its contents after a rain-soaked ride. I am using it to carry a tube, small multi-tool, tire lever, CO2 inflator, 2 CO2 cartridges and a small bag of parts (e.g., misc. nuts/bolts, chain links/pins/connectors...) and there's about 1/3rd of the capacity left (maybe for keys, wallet, some food...though I tend to carry these in my back pocket). So it's a bit bigger than I need but the small size would've been too tight a fit. Fortunately it doesn't look ridiculously large nor does it get in the way of my peddling.I especially like the quick release clips/strap for attaching the bag to the seat rails - these work so much better than velcro straps. I also like the bag's secure closure system which involves: 1) velcro to close the bag's opening, 2) folding this velcro area under once, and 3) then attaching two other quick release clips to hold it closed - it's takes more time to access the bag and then close it back up vs. via a zipper (but it's the price you pay for a water-tight bag I guess). My only gripe (which is inherent in the bag's strap-mounting system) is that my seat post has some some sharp edges and bolt ends that come in contact with the bag. I added some stick-on felt padding in these areas so that the bag's waterproof barrier would not be worn through in no time due to this issue. BTW - For those concerned about this issue try the version that uses the QuickClick system to clamp the bag to your saddle's seat rails since it doesn't sit so closely to the underside of your saddle/seatpost as the strap-mount version (I would've preferred this version for this reason but, alas, my seat is mounted too far forward to allow the QuickClick clamp to attach to my seat rails - oh well).

I purchased the Topeak Wedge Drybag (with strap mount) in size MEDIUM. So far, I absolutely love it! I wanted to write a review for all of the other cyclists out there that research products to death before purchasing. I found many reviews, but very few that mentioned the size of the bag being reviewed ...and very few pictures. My medium sized bag holds: 1 tube, a 9-in-one tool, 3 tire levers, a small glueless tire patch kit, 4 zip ties, my iPhone 6s (with slim case), my Toyota key fob, and normal sized Luna bar. It still has room to hold maybe 2 small, non bulky items or my Cygolight Expilion headlight (if there's a deluge!) The bag is sturdy, therefore there is no flexibility if you're trying to cram something in to fit the space. The fold over flap is seriously a breeze to get in and out of. It takes maybe a few seconds longer to open/close than a zip up bag, but I like that there's no dangling zipper and knowing the zipper isn't going to rust in inclement weather. The strap mount is nice because it adjusts to fit close or further away from your saddle, whatever your preference (I chose this over the other mount type d/t my preference of the bag fitting snugly under the saddle). If you're looking to take it on & off the bike a ton, it may take you a minute. I take mine off when I go inside places or when I have it on my car & have no complaints. The clip mount may be an easier alternative for those who want to get it on & off the bike quicker. I love that the color is all black with only the small yellow logo and reflective back strip - I have a women's Selle Italia Diva Gel saddle, and IMO the bag looks nice below it! There is also a snug little strap on the back to hold a tail light which holds my Cygolight Hotshot securely. I like this feature because it frees up the seat post from having a separate mount for a tail light, which can make the area below the saddle look a little cluttered. The quality of the material and workmanship of the bag are better than most I've looked at. The bag is most definitely waterproof! I have been caught in the rain while I've had this guy, and all of my items stayed safe and dry inside ...no more Ziplocks for me! I wanted to also note, someone mentioned the bag rubbed their legs when pedaling - this hasn't happened to me, and I am 6' tall with larger thighs. Also, as long as you place loose items (like metal tire levers) in the small elastic nets that are inside on both sides of the bag, your items won't clank around. Since the walls of the bag are hard, if you just throw items like these inside, there will probably be some noise when you hit a bump or rough road.I am so happy I purchased this bag! I plan on purchasing the large sized-bag as well for longer rides (when I finally make it to a century) so I have more space for snacks, sunscreen and thin/light weight rain gear, etc. The medium bag is perfect if you like to take a few extra items on your trips like I do (especially because if it's not logged on Strava, it didn't happen!)This bag rocks! I don't think you'll find a waterproof bag out there that's better quality than this guy. 5 stars all the way!

What Else can I say. The hardest part for me was the size...my previous bag was too small and wanted something bigger but not too big.I went for the medium sized one and it's perfect for me. I carry 2 CO2 cartridges with the valve, patch kit, 2 tire levers, small wallet, and a small first aid kit and there's plenty room. I've ridden in light rain before and the insides were kept dry.One downside is that if it's not filled up, it'll rattle a good amount and since it's not made out of a cloth material it's louder than you'd expect. It holds the shape pretty well and the folding flaps allows it to be stuffed. Another is that it's black in the inside and it could be hard to spot stuff in there if you're not in good lighting. I'm a photographer as well and I'm used to camera bags with bright orange interior so things are easier to spot but consider me spoiled.I'm also a very visual person and 90% of why I chose this product is because it looks awesome on my Leader bike. heh
