It looks sleek at but the components are not working as stated.The hot water switch never worked.And to make a return was not made easy either.Not a good purchase.

Seems to work well, and price was nice. Hot water seems to be hot but not really hot enough to make tea, at least in my opinion. I would still boil water in a kettle for that, but other than that seems to work fine. I thought the lower compartment would be chilled, did not realize it is just a compartment, but that is not a complaint just an observation.

The build design is excellent quality. It looks so elegant in our office. Absolute ice cold water from one side and boiling hot from the other. The storage cabinet in the bottom was perfect for us to put our oatmeal, tea, cups and other goodies in. I highly recommend.

This water dispenser is exactly what I needed! It’s sleek, compact, and fits perfectly in my kitchen. The dispensing mechanism works smoothly, and I love that it has both hot and cold water options. The setup was easy, and it’s surprisingly quiet while running. Definitely a great investment for convenience and hydration!

The water doesn't get very cold or very hot. The bottom storage shelf is flimsy. The only good feature is the door over the spouts.

The water isn’t as cold as expected it’s lukewarm..but the hot water is very hot.
