Works as described. Easy to use and not cumbersome. Perfect for filling spa licated on an upper deck as this filter is easily attached to the filler hose.

I use this to fill my hot tub when needed to avoid having to place the hose into the skimmer. It works well, but be sure to run the water thru it before placing in any water you are filling. It squirted out some black stuff on first use, which I am assuming was the filtering material inside.

My correspondence is as follows with this company.8/25/2023 I bought this product on 4/6/2023 from Amazon. I started using the filter in July, and already in August, the water trickles through it and the filter does not funtion properly. In less then 2 months the filter water flow has slowed to almost no pressure. This product did not hold up to your product claims under its 6 month warrenty coverage. See attached screen shots of my amazon purchase receipt. Please send full refund to address below:8/28/2023 Hi Jami,Thank you for taking the time to contact us. We appreciate the opportunity to assist you.I understand that when you installed it, the water flow was small. Please check whether the trickle when you installed it or when it was used for a while. If it is an initial installation, you can unload the filter, then turn it upside down and rinse it under the faucet for a few seconds. The purpose is to ensure that the carbon rods in the filter are completely soaked, reducing the resistance to flowing water. If this happens after a period of use. Please unload the filter and rinse upside down for a few seconds, then install the top and bottom ports of the filter upside down, and turn on the tap to hedge for a while. After reinstalling this way, the trickle will be better.Secondly, you need to pay attention to your local water pressure should be above 30psi to ensure that it can work normally. If the above method doesn't work, Please send me your photo for me to check.Thank you for your patience and understanding.Looking forward to your reply.Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact us for further assistance. All the best!Sincerely,AnnaTOREAD Customer Service Team9/6/2023Thanks for your response. I did the steps you requested, flushed and tapped the filter, and gave it some time to see if it would correct itself. Unfortunately, there is no improvement with the flow, in fact it has stopped flowing through the filter. The filter does not work. I will attach a picture of it reconnected to the hose.I am unsatisfied with this product and want my refund processed.9/18/2023 It's been two weeks and I have not received any feedback nor my refund that I am entitled to per the warranty. I will be reaching out to Amazon this week if this goes unanswered.

First one didn't last as long as I had hoped but at least it helped. I must have a lot of metals in my city water, probably the old piping to the house. I used it for filling and adding water to our small pool. Without using this filter the water would turn green from the metals reacting to the chlorine. Good product, but I know it didn't last for 8,000 gallons. Our pool is only just over 1,000 gallons and only totally filled once, topped off a few times before it clogged up.
