I received the item installed it, and it was failure to eat get to work so I hired a professional installer. He had the same issue I requested for Brandy radio to see if I just had a bad one and still the same problem. We followed the steps on YouTube per instructed and still, we have not been able to connect properly.. i’m going to make a request to get my money back and return everything.

I enjoyed the radio for a little while but unfortunately two very annoying things. The radio volume always resets back to 18 when you power it off. Who thought that was a smart idea? 2nd thing which is a new development in the past month, when carlink 2.0 opens 50% of the time it gets stuck on a blank screen and the only way to get out is to shut the car off completely so it power cycles. If there was some way to possibly update this app so I can properly use wireless android auto it would be great. The volume fix would be a bonus.Update 2/13/2025: this radio is junk. If you open any car door besides the driver door first it causes android auto app not to connect to your phone and also causes the oem land rover menu to freeze not allowing any control over the head unit. I think this is because it "wakes up the radio" before you actually start the engine. This radio looks pretty but the software is junk. There is basically no support on the vendor ether. I will change my review if someone from the company can help me fix my radio issues.

Works perfectly but the instructions suck. I reccomend getting on YouTube and looking up videos on how to install. I spent more time trying to remove the interior trim and looking up install videos than the actual screen install

I bought the climate control panel only for our 2014 Range Rover Sport, and it installed easily and works well. It can set in English with Imperial units, which is great. Some others on Amazon were in Turkish only.We don't have any issue putting the car in reverse even though the panel sticks out a lot more than the original. It really modernizes the look of the vehicle.
