The net size is so small that we have to stretch the springs before we could attach the net to the frame. Not a good design and too expensive!

Bought net for my ninth grade daughter on JV tennis team. Good quality net for practicing, and she likes it. One leg got run over by my wife backing car up. Contacted company through Amazon link, and they happily sent new part.

DearThe bounce net is still in the national customer service because of unidentified name of ordering. We, ‘polymath kangdong (ceo michael)’ ordered the bounce net with the name of shop (matchpoint). then you shipped bounce net with wrong name and you still can’t reciece the net.We are sorry to ask to following process.1. can you send us the letter of explanaion (we shipped the product with wrong order name. so we correct the name. not ‘match point’ but ‘polymath kangdong )2. and please write the invoice number and your signiture in the letter.3. corrected invoice. I had previously left a positive review for the net. However, a big wind toppled the net and several springs broke. I have been unsuccessful in trying to reach anyone at Tourna. They do not have contact information on Amazon and I emailed them directly through their website. No one has bothered to email me back or contact me in any way.This customer service is terrible. How is a person to get replacement parts if the company doesn't care enough to list contact info or to respond to inquiries? Even the booklet that came with the net says one can order springs but there is no information on how or where to order them. Really lame.

This was suppose to be a practice net for granddaughter to help with her tennis. My daughter and son-in-law assembled it. There was no tool for helping to pull the ties over or secure the grommets. They put together a trampoline during the hiatus and at least got a tool to help. My son-in-law said he would never do it again. Also, in the photos, you can see how poorly it goes to the frame and it was hard to do. The tension seems to be okay, but we are all concerned that those grommets are gonna give out anytime. There are no instructions on how to assemble either. I read the reviews beforehand and didn't get any real notices that this was so difficult.

This would be an awesome product if it would come with the correct size net. Assemble is pretty easy. Material is ok but for $200+ I expected better quality. My main problem with it is that it claimed as 9x7 size but the net is only at 9x6 stretched. So it does not fit the frame and leaves a large gap in the bottom. I have to use 3 springs per hole at the bottom and ran out of springs that came in the package. Remaining holes I used ropes to tight. This is a bulky item and the box arrived damaged. I figured that I will live it for now. Still works as a rebounder but not happy. Will see if there is any 9x7 net for sale in the market.

I’m 70 year old female & was able to assemble by myself until last corner springs. I didn’t want to damage anything, so I didn’t use tools. My adult son had the hand and arm strength to get the last ones fastened. We have it standing in garage behind opening of double door & love it. In better weather we’ll move it outside. Bought for my 3 year old grandson who always wants a tennis partner. Now he has one 24/7! I’ve moved it twice by myself & recommend 2 adults move b/c it’s too wide/long to lift off ground by oneself. Very lightweight but doesn’t flex even when adults pound tennis balls at it!
