Product appears to be working fine and controls work properly. I hard wired in as this was a replacement for failed towel warmer only 2 years old. Easy to install but screws included for hard wired electrical plate cover did not fit the threaded hole on the electrical box?? The screws threads were too large. Had to find 2 screws to use until I can purchase black screws the correct thread diameter or perhaps paint the screw heads black..

The Towel Warmer with 24hr Timer (ASIN B0CH8SWXB4) from Sharpeye came with everything necessary to complete install.Assembly was straight-forward, and with respect to installation, it couldn't have been easier. You have two options to choose from; hardwired (invisible) or plug in (a cord hanging across your wall).Temperature display is bright and easy to see, and usage is straightforward; set desired temperature and off you go. I should point out that this also has a 24hr timer, so one can set it, forget it, and wake up to warm towels every morning.Aside from warming towels, this can be used to help dry towels quicker and avoid that sometimes musty damp towel smell.Overall, I like the product. However, given this is entirely metal, and is to be used in a damp environment, I do have one concern - I did not note any safety certification markings (CSA/UL/ETL), so that's an automatic star deduction.I hope you find this enlightening and/or helpful to your decision making.

The Sharpeye towel warmer is easy to install, sturdy and practical. The installation process is easy. The option for both plug-in and hardwired installation offers flexibility based on your bathroom setup. I opted for the hardwired method, which resulted in a clean, cord-free look. installation was manageable, though having basic electrical knowledge or professional assistance is recommended for the hardwired option.The build quality is pretty robust, and the rack feels sturdy once installed. The sleek, matte black finish looks very nice in my bathroom. The temperature controls on the side provide an adjustable range, ensuring that towels are not overly heated. I found that the rack heats up relatively quickly and maintains a consistent temperature, effectively drying towels and reducing the musty smell that can develop when towels dry slowly.It's a practical rack. With four bars, the rack accommodates multiple towels simultaneously. This makes it practical for families or frequent use. However, the bars are spaced a bit closely together, which might require strategic towel placement for optimal drying. Overall, this heated towel rack is a high-quality, attractive and practical addition to any bathroom. Full marks from me!

I want to love this, but I was expecting toasty towels. It doesn't get them as warm as I'd like. Is it something I'm doing, maybe not arranging them correctly? I have it set to the highest temp. Thanks for any hints.

I gave this to my daughter for a gift in their new home. She loves it never takes a bath without having her towel on the heating rack. They now have a new baby who enjoys that heated towel as she gets out of the tub as well. Awesome price would recommend it to everyone.

I had to pay someone to install but that’s ok. It’s just me who can’t follow instructions. It was hard to figure out at first. But once I did it keeps my towels warm and it looks good in my bathrooms.
